Replacement of Subordination Agent; Appointment of Successor. (A) The Subordination Agent or any successor thereto must resign if at any time it fails to comply with Section 6.09 and may resign at any time without cause by giving 60 days’ prior written notice to American, the Trustees and the Liquidity Providers.
