Common use of Replacement Equipment and Third-Party Software Clause in Contracts

Replacement Equipment and Third-Party Software. For the licenses granted in Section 8.1.2 and 8.1.3, the Department is entitled to exercise its rights to Software on the Equipment or any replacement Equipment used by the Department, and with any replacement Third-Party Software chosen by the Department without payment of additional Charges or other amounts.
