Replacement Equipment. (i) If you replace any of your Covered Equipment during the Service Term, and the replacement Equipment qualifies for Services, PBI will automatically enroll you for maintenance coverage on the new Equipment at PBI’s then current annual rates.
Replacement Equipment. If Client wants to replace any of its Covered Equipment or to have additional equipment designated as Covered Equipment, adjustments will be made by mutual agreement. If Client does not want to continue coverage on new replacement equipment, any further Maintenance Services will be subject to PBI’s then-current rates.
Replacement Equipment. Should Manager determine that any then existing Equipment utilized in the operations of Group is worn out or obsolete and it is unreasonable, impossible, or economically impractical to repair; and if Manager further determines that such Equipment is necessary or appropriate for the efficient and proper operation of Group; then Manager shall procure replacement Equipment.
Replacement Equipment a) The Replacement Equipment shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company and subject to sub-clause d) neither the Customer nor End User shall have any right or interest therein except for quiet possession and the right to use the same upon in accordance with the Agreement.
Replacement Equipment. City will continue to furnish replacement equipment as needed for the equipment that the City is required to furnish per the Government Code. Said equipment consists of department-issued weapons, holster, belt and ammunition, nightstick, handcuffs, safety vests, raincoats and rain boots. Equipment furnished by City shall remain the property of City with the exception of any personal purchases made by present officers.

Replacement Equipment a) The Company reserves the right to replace the whole of the Equipment or any part or parts thereof which may be found to be faulty or in need of investigation. If identical Equipment is not available for replacement the Company will install replacement Equipment of a higher specification provided always that if the permanent replacement Equipment is materially different the Company reserves the right to increase the Service Charges by not less than thirty (30) days notice in writing to the Customer in accordance with the Company’s standard charges from time to time.
Replacement Equipment. If you acquire an attachment, or add a unit, to the System, PBI will provide coverage for each attachment or unit which we determine qualifies for coverage under the SLA and will automatically enroll you for maintenance coverage on the new components at PBI’s then current annual rates. If you choose not to continue coverage on the replacement component, attachment or unit, you may cancel the maintenance service for the item within thirty days of the date of your initial invoice for the item from PBI. If you cancel, any further maintenance services on the System, attachment or unit will be subject to PBI’s current NASPO ValuePoint time and material rates.
Replacement Equipment. AOC shall be entitled to exercise its rights to Application Software on the Equipment or any replacement equipment used by AOC, and with any replacement Third-Party Software chosen by AOC without payment of additional Charges or other amounts.
Replacement Equipment. Except for Equipment substitutions expressly permitted by the Agreement, Lessee may only replace the Equipment leased under a Leaseline Schedule (“Original Equipment”) with Replacement Equipment (defined as equipment of identical model, manufacturer, and condition as the Original Equipment) as a result of a maintenance/warranty swap-out by the Equipment maintenance provider (“Swap-Out”) in accordance with this section. Any such replacement shall only be effective if the Replacement Equipment has been delivered to the Equipment Location, title to the Replacement Equipment has to the satisfaction of Lessor been conveyed (lien free) to Lessor, and Lessee has notified Lessor of the replacement (including the serial numbers of the Replacement Equipment) within 30 days of delivery to the Equipment Location. Thereupon, the Replacement Equipment shall become Equipment subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Lessee shall be entitled to Lessor’s interest in the Original Equipment so replaced; otherwise Equipment which is the subject of a Swap-Out shall be deemed to have been lost and Section 10 of the Agreement shall apply.
