Replacement Equipment. (i) If you replace any of your Covered Equipment during the Service Term, and the replacement Equipment qualifies for Services, PBI will automatically enroll you for maintenance coverage on the new Equipment at PBI’s then current annual rates.

Replacement Equipment. If Client wants to replace any of its Covered Equipment or to have additional equipment designated as Covered Equipment, adjustments will be made by mutual agreement. If Client does not want to continue coverage on new replacement equipment, any further Maintenance Services will be subject to PBI’s then-current rates.

Replacement Equipment a) The Company reserves the right to replace the whole of the Equipment or any part or parts thereof which may be found to be faulty or in need of investigation. If identical Equipment is not available for replacement the Company will install replacement Equipment of a higher specification provided always that if the permanent replacement Equipment is materially different the Company reserves the right to increase the Service Charges by not less than thirty (30) days notice in writing to the Customer in accordance with the Company’s standard charges from time to time.

Replacement Equipment. If you acquire an attachment, or add a unit, to the System, PBI will provide coverage for each attachment or unit which we determine qualifies for coverage under the SLA and will automatically enroll you for maintenance coverage on the new components at PBI’s then current annual rates. If you choose not to continue coverage on the replacement component, attachment or unit, you may cancel the maintenance service for the item within thirty days of the date of your initial invoice for the item from PBI. If you cancel, any further maintenance services on the System, attachment or unit will be subject to PBI’s current NASPO ValuePoint time and material rates.

Thereupon, the Replacement Equipment shall become Equipment subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Lessee shall be entitled to Lessor’s interest in the Original Equipment so replaced; otherwise Equipment which is the subject of a Swap-Out shall be deemed to have been lost and Section 10 of the Agreement shall apply.
