Replacement Equipment. 9.1. If we allow you to change your Equipment under our Returns Policy (available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) or your Equipment is replaced because it is faulty, and the repayments and total amount of credit under this Device Plan does not change, we will provide you with notice that this Device Plan will apply to your new Equipment and will be deemed to be amended accordingly.
