Common use of Replacement Documentation Clause in Contracts

Replacement Documentation. Upon receipt of an affidavit of an officer of Agent as to the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of the T-Two Note or any other T-Two Security Document which is not of public record, and, in the case of any such loss, theft, destruction or mutilation, upon surrender and cancellation of such T-Two Note or other T- Two Security Document, T-Two will issue, in lieu thereof, a replacement T-Two Note or other security document in the same principal amount and otherwise of like tenor upon receipt by T-Two of a suitable indemnity.
