Replacement Arena; Rent Abatement. In the event of the occurrence of a Condemnation or Casualty that results in an Untenantable Condition but does not result in termination of this Agreement, the Rangers, during the continuance of such Untenantable Condition, shall have the right to use an alternate site for Rangers Events while the Arena is being restored, provided such use fully complies with the requirements of Paragraph 6 of the Property Tax Exemption Agreement, and the Rangers’ obligation to pay the License Fee shall be abated during such periods in accordance with Section 20.01.
