Repeated Application Clause Samples

Repeated Application. After the execution of this Agreement, the representations and warranties provided in Section 6.2 of this Agreement shall be continuously valid. Such representations and warranties shall be deemed as true and valid representations and warranties throughout the Term of this Agreement.
