Repeat Violations. If a breach by Tenant occurs but is cured after receipt of the 21 day notice to cure, but then a similar breach thereafter takes place, then Landlord may terminate Lease by giving a 30-day notice to terminate Lease without any additional opportunity to cure by Tenant.
