Repeat Tests. Any part of the Works which fails to pass the Test on Completion and any replacement item required under sub-clause 15.7(a) shall upon the instruction of the Superintending Officer be tested again at the Contractor's expense within a reasonable time after the instruction until the successful completion of the Test on Completion.
Repeat Tests. If as a result of a peril insured against hereunder it becomes necessary to repeal any test and/or commissioning or to carry out subsequent test(s) and/or commissioning, the Insurers hereon will bear the cost of any such repeated and/or subsequent test(s) or commissioning subject to the Policy limit and it being within the framework of the cover afforded by this section of the Policy and which forms part of the sum insured.
Repeat Tests. 4.1 At the request of the Purchasing Agency, the Contractor shall provide follow-up testing for test results provided by the Contractor to the Purchasing Agency that are not consistent with the Purchasing Agency’s patients’ clinical condition. There will be no additional charge by the Contractor for such repeat testing, provided the Contractor’s specimen volume, the integrity of the specimen allows further testing, and/or the Contractor’s specimen retention time has not been exceeded.
