Repeat orders Clause Samples

The "Repeat orders" clause defines the terms under which a buyer can place additional orders for the same goods or services previously purchased from the seller. Typically, this clause outlines the timeframe during which repeat orders can be made, any minimum or maximum quantities, and whether the original pricing and terms will apply to subsequent orders. Its core practical function is to streamline the process for reordering, ensuring both parties have clear expectations and reducing the need for renegotiation, thereby facilitating ongoing business relationships.
