Repeat Faults Sample Clauses
Repeat Faults. Except as set out in paragraph 3.8, if the Communications Provider raises a fault for a WLR3 Wholesale Access, WLR3 ISDN2, or WLR3 ISDN30, or GEA-FTTP Service and it is closed by BT, and the Communications Provider raises a subsequent fault for the same WLR3 Wholesale Access, WLR3 ISDN2, or WLR3 ISDN30 channel, within 28 days of the closure of the previous fault and the subsequent fault is closed by BT and both faults have been closed by BT using the following combinations of Clear Codes and the fault is in the same point of the BT Network: Right When Tested followed by a network fault in the BT network Fault Not Found followed by a network fault in the BT network In Home Clear followed by a network fault in the BT network the Communications Provider shall be entitled to compensation as set out in paragraph 4.6 of Section A below.
Repeat Faults. If there is a repeat fault as set out in paragraph 3.7, and this is due to BT’s act, error or omission, then BT shall pay to the Communications Provider fixed compensation:
a) £10 for each WLR3 Wholesale Access, or WLR3 ISDN2 repeat fault, or;
b) £12 for each WLR3 ISDN30 fault on the same WLR3 ISDN30 channel, when the Communications Provider submits its claim to BT for within 6 months of the closure of the subsequent fault. The payment of compensation to the Communications Provider for In Home Clear followed by a network fault in the BT network, is subject to the process set out in the SLA/SLG Policy, Business Rules Overview.
Repeat Faults. Except as set out in paragraph 6.3, if the Communications Provider raises a fault for the SOGEA Service that is closed by BT, and the Communications Provider raises a subsequent fault for the same SOGEA Service within 28 days of the closure of the previous fault and the subsequent fault is closed by BT; and/or;
