Common use of Repayment of Non Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Non. reimbursable Expense. Vendors must, upon demand, immediately repay County for all inappropriately reimbursed expenses whenever an audit or subsequent review of any expense reimbursement documentation finds that such expense was reimbursed contrary to these guidelines and this Policy.
