Common use of Repayment of Moneys Held by Note Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Moneys Held by Note Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Note, all moneys then held by the Note Paying Agent other than the Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to the Note shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be remitted to the Trustee to be held and applied according to SECTION 4.2 and thereupon the Note Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.
