Common use of Repayment of Moneys Held by Note Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Moneys Held by Note Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Notes, all moneys then held by any Note Paying Agent other than the Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Notes shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.3 and thereupon such Note Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Repayment of Moneys Held by Note Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Notes, all moneys then held by any Note Paying Agent other than the Indenture Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Notes shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.3 and thereupon such Note Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the a class of Notes, all moneys then held by any the Note Paying Agent other than the Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such class of Notes shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid remitted to the Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.3 SECTION 4.2 and thereupon such the Note Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Repayment of Moneys Held by Note Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Notes, all moneys then held by the Administrative Agent or any Note Paying Agent other than the Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Notes shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.3 and thereupon the Administrative Agent or such Note Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.
