Common use of Repatriation Benefit Clause in Contracts

Repatriation Benefit. If an injury results in the insured person’s loss of life more than 150 kilometers from his or her city of permanent residence, we will pay the actual expense incurred for preparing the insured person’s body for burial and shipment of the body to the city of residence. This benefit cannot exceed the maximum amount shown in the policy schedule.
