REPAIR ONLY. The liability of Xxxxxx under this Agreement is limited to making good a mechanical fault or causing or procuring such fault to be made good as herein provided and Xxxxxx is not liable for any consequential loss or damage sustained by the Owner or any other party as a result of any such mechanical fault.
