REPAIR OF SUPPRESSION ACTIVITY DAMAGE. Repair of suppression related activity damage (e.g., spreading of dozer berms, installations of water bars, minor road repairs, minor fence repair, etc.) will normally be done by the Party with direct protection responsibility for the fire as an integral part of overhaul/mop-up. Any rehabilitation beyond this level may be the responsibility of the landowner.
