Common use of Reorganization, etc Clause in Contracts

Reorganization, etc. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandi to any shares of capital stock resulting from any stock split or reverse split, stock dividend, reclassification of the capital stock of the Corporation, consolidation, merger or reorganization of the Corporation, and any shares or other securities of the Corporation or of any successor company which may be received by the Stockholder (and/or its successors, permitted assigns, legal representatives and heirs) by virtue of its ownership of Common Stock or other capital stock of the Corporation.
