Multiple Adjustments. For the avoidance of doubt, if an event occurs that would trigger an adjustment to the Conversion Rate pursuant to this Section 11 under more than one subsection hereof, such event, to the extent fully taken into account in a single adjustment, shall not result in multiple adjustments hereunder; provided, however, that if more than one subsection of this Section 11 is applicable to a single event, the subsection shall be applied that produces the largest adjustment.

Multiple Adjustments. After an adjustment to the Exercise Rate for outstanding Warrants under this Article V, any subsequent event requiring an adjustment under this Article V shall cause an adjustment to the Exercise Rate for outstanding Warrants as so adjusted.

Multiple Adjustments. If any single action would require adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to more than one subsection of this Section 2, only one adjustment shall be made and such adjustment shall be the amount of adjustment that has the highest, relative to the rights and interests of the registered holders of the Warrants then outstanding, absolute value. For the purpose of calculations pursuant to this Section 2, the number of shares of Class B Common Stock outstanding shall be based solely on the number of shares of Class B Common Stock outstanding on the applicable date of determination, without giving effect to the conversion of any Convertible Securities outstanding as of such date.
