Common use of RENTING OF CAMPSITE Clause in Contracts

RENTING OF CAMPSITE. The member has the right to rent the Campsite provided that he/she first advises the office in writing of the name and address of the Tenant and first provides the office with written confirmation by the Tenant in a form satisfactory to the Corporation that the Tenant will comply with this Agreement and with all Rules and Regulations. The member will be responsible for the conduct of the occupant and will be responsible for damages to the Campground and/or other members or their property as a result of the conduct of the occupant. The member will not be relieved of any of his obligations under this Agreement by so renting the campsite.
