Common use of RENTER DEFAULT Clause in Contracts

RENTER DEFAULT. In the event Tenant does not comply with any of the obligations of this Lease, creates a nuisance, engages in conduct detrimental to the safety of other renters, intentionally damages the property, or is disturbing to other renters, the Owner may terminate the tenancy and Lease in accordance with the termination and grievance procedures set forth in Paragraph 15 herein. Any demand for rent must be made in writing.
