Rental Basis. The monthly rent is based on the following: (Check One) the Authority-determined flat rent for the unit (flat rent option). the income and other information reported by the Tenant (income-based rent option). Tenant may change the basis on which monthly rent is determined at the time of Tenant’s annual review.
