Rent Statements. Distinct shall render a statement accounting for monies received and expenses incurred on behalf of the Principal and for fees and charges retained in respect of the services provided on a monthly basis. The balance, less disbursements, shall be remitted to the Principal by way of payment specified in Schedule 3 – Accounts & Disbursements. If at any time amounts payable exceed the balance of the Principal’s account, the Principal agrees to immediately pay the excess amount to Distinct upon request.
