Common use of Rent Payable Clause in Contracts

Rent Payable. During the Term, the Lessor shall be entitled to receive rent for the Premises in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month, payable in advance, with the first payment being due upon execution of this Lease, and with each subsequent payment being due and payable on or before the 15th day of each subsequent month through the Term.
