Common use of Rent Fee Clause in Contracts

Rent Fee. (a) Subject to Section 3.05, the Tenant covenants and agrees to pay, from and after the Commencement Date, to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at the office of LUCAN BIDDULPH, or to such other person or at such other location as ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall direct by notice in writing, in lawful money of Canada, without any prior demand therefor and without any deduction, abatement or set‐off whatsoever, as annual Rent, the sum of $[Insert] payable in quarterly instalments of $[Insert], with the first payment due on the Commencement Date and continuing every three (3) months thereafter throughout the Term. The Tenant covenants that all payments of Rent shall be subject to Harmonized Sales Tax, payable by the Tenant at the same time and in the same manner as any Rent is payable.
