Common use of Renominations Clause in Contracts

Renominations. If there is insufficient Capacity to satisfy all quantities scheduled by Service Provider for Pipeline Services for User and all Other Users on a Day due to any accepted Renomination(s), Service Provider will curtail or interrupt Gas deliveries and/or receipts in accordance with: (a) the Auction Service Priority Principles, if and to the extent they are applicable on that Day; and otherwise (b) clause 8.1(b) or clause 8.2(b) (as applicable).
