Renominations Sample Clauses
The Renominations clause defines the process by which a party may change or substitute a previously nominated entity, such as a supplier, delivery point, or service provider, under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions, notice requirements, and any limitations or deadlines for making such changes. For example, a buyer might renominate a different delivery location for goods, provided they give sufficient advance notice and comply with any contractual restrictions. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility in contractual arrangements while ensuring both parties are informed and can plan accordingly, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or operational disruptions.
