Common use of RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 35.01 The Agreement shall be in effect from September 2, 2014 to October 20, 2017 and thereafter shall continue from year to year after that date unless either party gives notice in writing to the other, of its intention to terminate the Agreement or to enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than sixty (60) days and not more than ninety (90) days prior to October 20, 2017 or any subsequent anniversary of that date.

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 35.01 The Agreement shall be in effect from September 2October 21, 2014 2017 to October 2023, 2017 2020 and thereafter shall continue from year to year after that date unless either party gives notice in writing to the other, of its intention to terminate the Agreement or to enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than sixty (60) days and not more than ninety (90) days prior to October 2023, 2017 2020 or any subsequent anniversary of that date.

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 35.01 The 34.01 This Agreement shall be effective from September 15, 2005 and shall continue in effect from until September 214, 2014 to October 20, 2017 2007 and thereafter shall continue from automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year to year after that date unless either party gives notice notifies the other in writing to the other, of its intention to terminate the Agreement or to enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than sixty (60) days and not more than ninety (90) days prior to October 20, 2017 the expiration date that it desires to amend or any subsequent anniversary of that dateterminate this Agreement.
