Renew. The company shall render an offer for renewing the employment with the employee at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the term. The employee may accept or refuse the offer prior to the expiration of the term. If there is no reply from the employee prior to the expiration, such no reply shall be regarded as refusal of the offer for renewing employment under this Agreement.
