Common use of Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder as set forth on Exhibit B hereto and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and any transfer agent fees which are in addition thereto and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder as set forth on Exhibit A hereto and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder as set forth in the fee schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

The Company Corporation agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, shall reimburse the Warrant Agent upon written demand for all reasonable expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration (as may be agreed upon in writing by the Company and the Warrant Agent) for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that of its reasonable and documented expenses (including reasonable and documented counsel fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Agreement and the execution exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.”

The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration to be agreed upon between the Warrant Agent and the Company for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures (including reasonable counsel fees and expenses) that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the preparation, delivery, administration, execution and amendment of this Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shallhereunder, pursuant as mutually agreed to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse between the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur parties in the execution of its duties hereunderwriting.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder as sets forth in an agreement between the Warrant Agent and the Company and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse will reim­burse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration in an amount separately agreed to between Company and Warrant Agent for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder. The Warrant Agent will deliver invoices for services rendered hereunder on a monthly basis.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration in an amount separately agreed to between the Company and the Warrant Agent for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration in an amount separately agreed to between the Company and the Warrant Agent for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunderhereunder as agreed to between the Company and the Warrant Agent.

The Warrant Agent fees shall be paid in accordance with the payment terms and instructions set forth on each invoice provided to the Company by the Warrant Agent.

The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration to be agreed upon between the Warrant Agent and the Company for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures (including reasonable counsel fees and expenses) that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the preparation, delivery, administration, execution and amendment of this Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.”

Remuneration. Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder as set forth on Exhibit D hereto and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Right Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Right Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Right Agent upon demand for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenditures that the Warrant Right Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant ------------ Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, shall reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder; provided, that no premium, overhead, processing, or other such charges shall be added to actual expenses to be paid by the Company.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder as the Company and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, Warrant Agent shall agree in writing and will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures (including the reasonable expenses and fees of counsel) and disbursements that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the incurred in the preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Warrant Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.. 8.3.2

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder (in amounts that have been mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Warrant Agent) and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all reasonable and documented third-party expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in accordance with the Fee Schedule attached to the Transfer Agent Agreement, dated December 15, 2008, between the Warrant Agent and the Company.

The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration (as may be agreed upon in writing by the Company and the Warrant Agent) for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that of its reasonable and documented expenses (including reasonable and documented counsel fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Agreement and the execution exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder in accordance with a fee schedule to be mutually agreed upon and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, the Company agrees to reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder, including the reasonable compensation and expenses of the Warrant Agent’s agents and legal counsel as agreed.

Remuneration. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, no remuneration shall be due or paid to the Warrant Agent unless and until the closing of the Offering has occurred.

The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration (as may be agreed upon in writing by the Company and the Warrant Agent) for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, will reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that of its reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable and documented out-of-pocket counsel fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Agreement and the execution exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.”
