Removal, Relocation and Installation of Program Elements. The Contractor, utilizing funds provided by the City, will restore all Public Rights-of-Way impacted by its installation of New Program Elements and the relocation or replacement of Existing Street Furniture including, but not limited to, any sidewalk surface, curbing, gutter, drainage, vegetation, plantings, trees, shrubs, or structures, disturbed, destroyed, or damaged.
