Site Restoration. The Certificate Holder is responsible for site restoration pursuant to the Council’s rules, WAC 463-72, in effect at the time of submittal of the Application. The Certificate Holder shall develop an Initial Site Restoration Plan in accordance with the requirements set out in Article IV.D of this Agreement and in consultation with WDFW, and submit it to EFSEC for approval. The Certificate Holder may not begin Site Preparation or Construction until the Council has approved the Initial Site Restoration Plan, including the posting of all necessary guarantees, securities, or funds associated therewith. The Certificate Holder shall submit a detailed Site Restoration Plan to EFSEC for approval prior to decommissioning in accordance with the requirements of Article VIII.A of this Agreement.
Site Restoration. Tenant may make such modifications to the Premises as reasonably required or convenient to perform the Installation Work or ongoing maintenance, including, without limitation, running wires and conduits from the System to the electrical panels and other areas on the Premises, provided that Tenant shall maintain the Premises in good condition and repair and shall restore the Premises to substantially the same condition as existed immediately prior to such modifications (other than the improvements and modifications made in connection with the System).
Site Restoration. Upon completion of the lead or galvanized service removal Project the CONTRACTOR shall restore the Project site to its pre-existing or better condition prior to final payment.
Site Restoration a) Following demolition, disturbed areas shall be graded, filled and seeded as necessary to stabilize the site and provide desired topography, soil profiles, and functioning drainage patterns to ensure that any existing stormwater system can be maintained. This shall include gravel or dirt driveways. The site shall be graded to drain such that no water will collect or stand.
Site Restoration. The restoration of the Project Land Areas, to the extent required by the Project Easements or any successor real estate agreements, any other agreements among the Parties or requirements of the CPUC, NRC, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulatory agencies.

Site Restoration. All disturbed areas shall be restored in accordance with the best management practices identified in the NPDES permit and shall be consistent with the City’s Surface Water Management Plan and Surface Water Pollution Prevention Plan. All disturbed areas shall be seeded and disk anchored mulched or sodded within 7 days of final grade unless development is completed between November 15th to April 15th, then said disturbed areas shall be seeded and disk anchored mulched or sodded by May 15th. All common drainage xxxxxx shall be sodded or seeded and protected with wood fiber blanket.
Site Restoration. On the Termination Date, Cooperative shall peaceably and quietly leave, surrender and yield up unto Host Town the Premises. Following the Termination Date of this Agreement, Cooperative shall have one hundred twenty (120) days to remove the PV System from the Premises, and to restore the Premises to the condition that existed as of the Effective Date.
Site Restoration. A. All disturbed areas shall be restored at a minimum to a mowable condition following construction in accordance with the included specifications. At a minimum, all disturbed areas shall be graded to drain and seeded, fertilized, and mulched to prevent erosion. Vegetative cover acceptable to the Utility shall be established before the project is accepted as being completed.
Site Restoration. As soon as possible after construction, Hydro-Québec shall take measures to restore disturbed land to its original condition . The land shall first be levelled and ruts filled to obtain a level work surface . On farmland, soil samples shall be taken post-construction from various places to measure the level of fertility . Recognized methods of soil sampling shall be used . Depending on the results, Hydro-Québec shall implement one or more of the following measures to promote quick restoration of crops: • Work the land with a plow or a chisel to the depth desired by the landowner (maximum of 25 cm) . • Loosen the soil to the depth desired by the landowner (maximum of 15 cm), using techniques appropriate to the soil (disc harrow, rotary cultivator or toothed harrow) . • Run a chisel over the land to the depth desired by the landowner (maximum of 40 cm) . • Run a subsoiler1 over the land to the desired depth, soil and underground drainage conditions permitting; after two growing seasons, the land shall be analyzed to ascertain whether its original productivity has been restored . • Bury organic matter, manure or inorganic fertilizer to restore fertility, following the recommendations of an agronomist and the guides of the Centre de référence en agriculture et agroalimentaire du Québec (CRAAQ) . • Remove rocks up to 8 cm in diameter or until conditions are similar to the surrounding land . All of these operations shall be carried out when the ground is in the best possible condition, and they may be repeated . Depending on the time of year when the restoration work is carried out, the land may be re-seeded according to criteria established by Hydro-Québec and the landowner .
