Common use of Removal from any Boards and Position Clause in Contracts

Removal from any Boards and Position. If the Employee’s employment is terminated for any reason under this Agreement, he shall be deemed to resign (i) if a member, from the board of directors of any member of the Company Group or any other board to which he has been appointed or nominated by, or on behalf of the Company, or any other member of the Company Group, and (ii) from any position with any member of the Company Group, including but not limited to, as an officer of any member of the Company Group; provided, however, the Employee agrees to take all further actions that are deemed reasonably necessary by the Company to effectuate or evidence such resignations.
