Removal Fee. Should NHELP, remove any of its Education Loans from the UNIPAC system prior to a scheduled termination or breach of this Agreement, NHELP agrees to pay to UNIPAC a removal fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per loan transferred off the UNIPAC computer system. This removal fee shall be exclusive of those charges described in Section 1.2 of this Agreement.
