Removal Fee. Should UFS-1 remove any of its Education Loans from the Servicer system prior to a scheduled termination or breach of this Agreement, UFS-1 agrees to pay to Union Bank a removal fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per loan transferred off the Servicer computer system, this removal fee shall be in addition to those charges described in Section 2.2 of this Agreement, and in addition to damages arising from a breach of Section 27 hereof.
