Common use of Remote Service Clause in Contracts

Remote Service. Although ZucoraHome has created an extensive, reputable and unbiased network of Service Technicians who provide service to our Members, our network is not all- inclusive for every trade, in every location. For that reason, we may authorize or require you to contact an independent Service Technician (outside of the ZucoraHome network) to obtain service. If so, we will provide you with the requirements and/or qualifications of the Service Technician required to resolve the Service Request. ZucoraHome will authorize payment or reimbursement for approved service and/or repairs, based on our negotiated rates with our Service Technicians (in the ZucoraHome network) and our varioussuppliers.
