Remote Meeting. Members of the applicable Series Board or members of any committee designated by the applicable Series Board, may participate in meetings of the applicable Series Board, or any committee thereof, by means of telephone conference or similar communications equipment that allows all Persons participating in the meeting to hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
