Remote Hands — Service Level Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Licensee agrees, as it relates to failures with regard to RH Provider’s performance of Remote Hands Services, that the Remote Hands - Service Level Agreement (attached hereto as Schedule 3; the “Remote Hands - SLA”) will exclusively govern and control.
