Remote Correction Sample Clauses
Remote Correction. HEARTLAND may perform any Error correction work via remote telecommunications. If such remote support is unavailable, in HEARTLAND' opinion, to satisfactorily resolve the confirmed Error, HEARTLAND may require CUSTOMER to provide data files on removable media via overnight courier (or other shipping method that provides end-to-end tracking) or other mutually agreed upon electronic medium at CUSTOMER’s expense.
