Common use of Remote Completion Clause in Contracts

Remote Completion. Completion shall take place on the Completion Date remotely via electronic exchange and delivery of documents between Ropes & ▇▇▇▇ LLP (as counsel to the Company) and the Investor (or the counsel to the Investor) and the effectuation of other requisite actions by the parties as set out in this Clause 4 and Schedule 3 (Completion Requirements).
