Remittance Process. City revenues processed by Hdl are received Into HdL's trust account and remitted to the City through the Hdl gross remittance process on no less than a monthly basis. The remittance will Include a detailed invoice for services performed during the prior period, as well as a summary of all City revenues received and processed. Hdl will issue an ACH payment to City for all City revenues net Hdl's fees for compliance services. City will submit payment to Hdl for all other services performed within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
