Common use of Remedy of Damages Clause in Contracts

Remedy of Damages. Any and all damage or loss to any property, caused in whole or in part by Construction Manager, Subcontractor or any other person or entity for whose performance Construction Manager is responsible, will be promptly remedied or repaired to its original condition at the expense of Construction Manager.
