Remedies Subrogation. (a) In the event the Guarantor shall fail to pay immediately any amounts due under this Guaranty, or to comply with any other term of this Guaranty within three Business Days of the date of demand therefor, each Beneficiary shall be entitled to all rights and remedies to which it may be entitled hereunder or at law, in equity or by statute.
