Common use of Remedies in the Event of Other Redeveloper Defaults Clause in Contracts

Remedies in the Event of Other Redeveloper Defaults. In the event the Redeveloper fails to perform any other provisions of this Redevelopment Contract (other than those specific provisions contained in Section 6.02), the Redeveloper shall be in default.
