Common use of Religious Construction Clause in Contracts

Religious Construction. Subrecipient shall not use any funds made available through this Contract for the construction, operation, or maintenance of any part of any facility used for sectarian instruction or used as a place for religious worship. However, maintenance of facilities that are not primarily used for instruction or worship and are operated by organization providing services to WIOA participants may be allowed.
