Relief Time. 2. The Employer shall provide up to .3 of a full-time equivalent each year of the Collective Agreement, of relief time for such officers and/or representatives of the Association, as are identified by the Association. This relief time may be used at any time during the life of this Agreement. Any unused portion of this relief time shall carry forward to be allocated in the academic year immediately following expiry of the Collective Agreement.
Relief Time. Employees shall be provided a fifteen (15) minute relief time during each four (4) hours of work. This period, if not used, may not accumulate to be used at some later time and may not be used for any other purpose. The Employer may provide a person to relieve the employee for these 15 minute breaks.
Relief Time. Using resources made available by the Weighted Student Formula or non-general fund sources, sites are encouraged to provide additional preparation time in the form of relief time for teachers within the instructional day. Relief time, as distinguished from preparation time, is the time provided elementary school teachers during the instructional day when teachers, who may be subject specialists, teach art, music, or physical education, for example, assume responsibility for student instruction.
Relief Time. APAs will be provided a fifteen (15) minute relief time in the morning and in the afternoon.
Relief Time. Employees working four (4) hours or more shall receive one (1) fifteen (15) minute uninterrupted break or the equivalent thereof during the a.m. of their regularly scheduled working day. Employees working six (6) hours or more shall receive one (1) thirty (30) minute lunch break with such time to be scheduled by the Food Service Director. No one may leave the premises during their paid lunch and or break unless approved by Food Service Director or the respective Kitchen Manager.

Relief Time. Association employees shall be permitted 15 minutes relief time in the morning and in the afternoon when this period does not interfere with normal operations.
Relief Time. An employee shall be provided one fifteen (15) minute relief period prior to lunch and one after lunch. The time of an employee's relief period shall be established by the Employer's designate. A schedule of such lunch and relief time shall be posted on the bulletin board in the staff lounge.
Relief Time. All classified staff bargaining unit members scheduled to work continuously for 2 1/2 or more hours will be entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute relief times, (one relief period prior to lunch and one following lunch), except that bargaining unit members working overtime hours will be entitled to an additional fifteen (15) minute relief time for every two (2) hours worked. All cafeteria personnel will be permitted the equivalent of the appropriate break time to be taken as their cooking/serving schedules permit and may leave early by an amount not to exceed 15 minutes when such breaks and/or lunch cannot be taken during the course of the work day. The head xxxx, at the high school building, will be given a substitute for the whole day to work the school lunch line while the head xxxx oversees the senior citizen luncheon.
Relief Time. Employees shall be entitled to relief time, morning and afternoon, not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes at either time, and an appropriate time for lunch as arranged with their supervisor.
