Common use of Reliance Clause in Contracts

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Bank Product Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. Reliance. Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider Secured Creditors to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower Parent or its Subsidiaries or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Guaranteed Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or Lenders, any Hedging Agreement Provider or any Cash Management Bank to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders any Issuing Lender or any Hedging Agreement Provider Lender to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed constitute the joint and several obligations of the Borrowers hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its their behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations indebtedness made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider Cash Management Bank or Hedge Bank to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower Borrowers or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider other Creditors to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or any other Credit Party or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Guaranteed Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Bank Product Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower Borrowers or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its their behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider Banks to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Guaranteed Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations indebtedness made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders any Agent or any Hedging Agreement Provider other Lenders to inquire into the capacity or powers of the any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents agent acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed constitute the obligations of the respective Borrower hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the theany Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Bank Product Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.. 173

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider Bank Product Providers to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations indebtedness made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.. 9.7

Reliance. 129 It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Bank Product Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders Agent or any Hedging Agreement Provider other Secured Party to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Guaranteed Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider Providers to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations indebtedness made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider Secured Creditors to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Guaranteed Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.. 100 107

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower Foreign Borrowers or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations of the Foreign Borrowers made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider Providers to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its their behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations indebtedness made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, Agent or the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or other obligor of the Obligations or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders Agent or any Hedging Agreement Provider of the -------- other Secured Creditors to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or any other Credit Party or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its or their behalf, and any Credit Party Guaranteed Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or any other obligor of the Credit Party Obligations or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.

Reliance. It is not necessary for the Administrative Agent, the Lenders or any Hedging Agreement Provider Bank Product Providers to inquire into the capacity or powers of the Borrower or the officers, directors, members, partners or agents acting or purporting to act on its behalf, and any Credit Party Obligations indebtedness made or created in reliance upon the professed exercise of such powers shall be guaranteed hereunder.. 103
