Common use of Reliance on Provisions Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Provisions. Each person who shall act as a director, officer, employee or agent of the corporation, or is or was serving at the request of the corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise shall be deemed to be doing so in reliance upon the rights of indemnification provided by this Article.
