The Arrangers, the Agent and the Security Trustee shall be entitled to rely on any communication, instrument or document believed by it to be genuine and correct and to have been signed or sent by the proper person and shall be entitled to rely as to legal or other professional matters on opinions and statements of any legal or other professional advisers selected or approved by it (including those in the Agent's, any Arranger's or the Security Trustee's, as the case may be employment).
