Common use of Reliance by the Lender Clause in Contracts

Reliance by the Lender. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made herein by the Borrower shall, notwithstanding any investigation by the Lender, be deemed to be material to and to have been relied upon by the Lender.

Reliance by the Lender. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made herein and in any other Loan Document by the Borrower shall, notwithstanding any investigation by the Lender, be deemed to be material to and to have been relied upon by the LenderLender and shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
